System Integration Developer/Programmer Analyst



Job description

System Integration Developers are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the connections between various enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Their work is critical in environments where ERP, CRM, PLM, and other platforms must operate in harmony.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Design & Architecture
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design integration strategies.

  • Define architecture for connecting systems such as D365, Salesforce, PLM, and financial platforms like Kyriba 

  • Select appropriate middleware, APIs, and data exchange formats (, JSON, XML, OData).
  • Development & Implementation
  • Develop integration components using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom connectors 

  • Implement data synchronization between systems (, BOMs from Agile PLM to D365, customer data from Salesforce to Experlogix) 

  • Build and maintain secure, scalable, and reusable integration modules.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting
  • Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end testing of integrations.

  • Monitor integration performance and resolve issues related to data mismatches, latency, or failures 
  • Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with ERP analysts, business system owners, and external vendors to align integration efforts with business goals 

  • Document integration flows, configurations, and dependencies for ongoing support and compliance 
  • Security & Compliance
  • Ensure integrations comply with internal security policies and external standards (, SOC1, SOC2, ISO certifications) 

  • Manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO and service accounts 
  • Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

  • Proven experience supporting both system administration and integration tasks, especially in environments involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

    Support integration efforts across Agile PLM, Salesforce, and Field Service, highlighting the importance of synchronizing BOMs, asset hierarchies, and configuration rules 

  • Familiarity with SDLC practices and methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred:

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
