Responsible for providing best-in-class technical support to a global customer base.
Maintains ownership for the resolution of complex technical problems, including debugging, simulations, locating bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.

What will your job look like?
- Support customer functional and non-functional testing activities, providing technical expertise on Amdocs products and telco standards (LTE, 3G, SS7, Diameter), customizing emulators flows/scripts
- Work closely with off-shore and on-shore Amdocs teams while troubleshooting and investigating issues
- Deploy and integrate Amdocs solutions into the customer telecom network, working directly with customers and 3rd party vendors
- Support production systems for critical customers 24/7 in weekly shifts (on-call duty)
- Do automation of test scripts and assist in validating of scenarios
- Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging solutions, provide workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.

All you need is...
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
- Awareness of programming concepts and ability to write software code in at least one programming language.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years' experience as a Network engineer.
- 6+ years' experience with Python or Bash scripting.
- 6+ years' experience Linux System troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of Network concepts
- Understanding of network protocols
- Analytical thinking
Nice to have / Preferred experience
- SS7, Diameter and HTTP server.
- Network Troubleshooting.
- Experience on Intelligent Routing Controller, Load balancer
- Customer-facing experience
- Generative AI
- SLEE technology knowledge
- Application Server maintenance and troubleshooting experience
