En AXA estamos en búsqueda de **Sales Manager** en **CDMX - México**
Objetivo
Impulsará el crecimiento y la presencia en el mercado en reaseguro, aportando visión estratégica, habilidades para construir relaciones y experiência en desarrollo de negocios, colaborando con el equipo directivo para alcanzar los objetivos.
**Lo que harás**:
- Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar oportunidades, tendencias y competencia para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio B2B en el mercado reasegurador - asegurador y financiero.
- Liderar y ejecutar estrategias de negociación efectivas para cerrar acuerdos clave y renovar los contratos existentes.
- Colaborar con equipos internos (suscripción, actuarial, reclamaciones) para satisfacer necesidades del cliente y mejorar productos.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas a largo plazo con socios estratégicos.
- Impulsar el crecimiento de las alianzas existentes y por ende la participación de mercado de AXA Partners CLP en México.
- Liderar la elaboración de propuestas y presentaciones para captar nuevos clientes.
- Monitorear y analizar métricas de desempeño en desarrollo de negocios, generando informes para la alta dirección.
- Negociar términos y condiciones con clientes para lograr acuerdos beneficiosos y alineados con los objetivos empresariales.
**Lo que aportarás**:
- Mas de 5 años de experiência comercial como Sales Manager o un rol similares comerciales, preferiblemente en el sector de **reaseguros/ seguros o servicios financieros,**:
- Nível de inglés y español **avanzado**(Se realizará validación en el proceso de selección)
- Experiência en la búsqueda proactiva de negocios, proceso de negociación complejos y cierre efectivo de acuerdos.
- Orientación al resultado: Ejecución y seguimiento del presupuesto asignado.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, con mentalidad analítica.
- Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias efectivas.
